1. Introduction

The Platform is owned and operated by ek3e. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "You") and ek3e. 3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ek3e, you must at all times satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time and must be provided within 72 hours of request.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by ek3e for breach of these Terms or for suspected fraud.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or close family member of an employee of ek3e or any of its affiliated companies.

ek3e reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. In such cases, winnings derived from wagers placed during the period in question may be withheld pending resolution.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of ek3e, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current and complete at all times. ek3e may require additional identity verification (KYC) at any time.

• Each individual may register only one account. Registering multiple accounts (whether in your own name or using false identities) is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other account credentials. You must not share your account access with any third party.
• You must notify ek3e immediately via [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• ek3e reserves the right to close dormant accounts — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months — following notice to the registered email address.
• All information you provide to ek3e during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful. Providing false, misleading or inaccurate information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

ek3e accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard verified accounts, subject to individual transaction processing times.

• All deposits must be funded from a payment source held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned, less any associated transaction fees.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are generally credited to your account within minutes of successful mobile wallet confirmation. Credit and debit card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your account balance.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. ek3e does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts, alternative names, or different payment methods unless expressly agreed in writing by ek3e.
• ek3e targets a withdrawal processing time of within 24 hours for standard verified accounts after all KYC requirements have been satisfied. During peak periods, processing may take up to 48 hours. ek3e is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• ek3e does not charge a fee on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own fees, which are your responsibility. Please check your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a transaction.
• Where ek3e has reasonable grounds to believe that a transaction may be fraudulent, that funds are the proceeds of money laundering, or that a player is engaging in suspicious financial activity, ek3e reserves the right to freeze the relevant account and delay the processing of withdrawals pending investigation.

All currency amounts on the Platform are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ek3e does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals at this time. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction; ek3e is not responsible for any currency conversion losses.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ek3e may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of the promotion shall prevail.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts or identities constitutes bonus abuse.
• ek3e reserves the right to void any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close an account if it determines in its reasonable discretion that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of arbitrage strategies, low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy rollover requirements while minimising genuine risk, or collusion.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will expire within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• ek3e does not guarantee the availability of any particular promotion at any time. Promotions may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, except where a player has already validly claimed the promotion in accordance with its terms.

7. Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, hand information, or game state with any party not participating in the same game session.
• Using any software, bot, script, automation tool, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in place of, or to assist, a human player, except where such software is expressly approved by ek3e in writing.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, games, random number generators, or any other technical component.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are, or that you have reason to believe may be, the proceeds of any criminal activity, including money laundering or tax evasion.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward ek3e staff or other players through any channel, including live chat, email, or social media.
• Opening or using an account on behalf of another person, including acting as an agent for a third party or allowing a third party to operate your account.

ek3e reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to withhold and forfeit any funds held in such an account, and to report relevant information to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

8. Responsible Gaming

ek3e is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. Gambling should be entertaining and conducted within each player's personal financial means. ek3e provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that all players may access from within their account settings at any time.

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits and reality checks: You may set a maximum session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out. You may also activate periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net balance movement.
• Self-exclusion: You may request a temporary self-exclusion of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or a permanent self-exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Cool-off period: You may request a short-term cool-off period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days. During this period your account remains open but you cannot deposit or place bets. The cool-off period cannot be shortened once activated.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and data compilations, is owned by or licensed to ek3e and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property belonging to ek3e or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ek3e.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ek3e, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if ek3e has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ek3e does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ek3e shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, acts of government, or natural disasters. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ek3e reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ek3e will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if you wish, close your account by contacting [email protected].

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
